Terms and Conditions

Works will not commence until a written acceptance is received by Leader Cabling. Project schedule may be affected due to material delivery. Costs associated with engineering or building approvals does not form part of this quotation.

Confidentiality

The technical pricing and other information contained in the attached submission (*information*) is proprietary to Leader Cabling Systems Pty Ltd (*The company*) is confidential, trade-sensitive and is submitted solely for the evaluation purposes and for the purpose of allowing the company to participate in the assessment process (*the purpose*). By accepting this submission, you are accepting an obligation to use the information solely for the purpose and shall not disclose the information to any third party whatsoever or copy or reproduce the information in anyway without the prior written consent of the company.

Validity

This offer is open for acceptance for a period of thirty (30) days, after which time it is subject to written confirmation for the company.

Take Out Prices

This quotation is on a turnkey basis and the pricing has been calculated as such. None of the itemised pricing other than those indicated can be regarded as a take-out price, without prior consultation with and the approval from Leader Cabling Systems.

Title

Title to and ownership of the goods being subject to this quotation remains the property of the company until receipt of all monies due under this “Project Name”

Cancellation

In the event that the contract works are cancelled, then the company shall be entitled to reimbursement of all costs associated with the works/services executed. Including establishment costs, factory and site labour, material costs, overheads and profit.

As Constructed Documentation

The quantity of "As Constructed" documents is as per the specifications associated with this project. Any further copies will incur additional costs.

Confidential

This document contains confidential material solely for (Client) All reasonable precautionary methods in handling the document and the information contained herein should be taken to prevent any third party from obtaining access. No responsibility is taken by Leader Cabling Systems for the use of this document by any third party.

Terms of Payment

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice, to be received by Leader Cabling Systems on or before the due date, unless previously agreed. In the event payment is not made by the due date the Client agrees to pay interest on all past-due amounts at the rate of 2% calculated daily and to pay collection and other costs incurred by Leader Cabling Systems including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees. The Client acknowledges that all materials used in works in progress remain the property of Leader Cabling Systems until all past-due is paid in full and as such Leader Cabling Systems reserves the right to remove such materials and tradesmen from site at its own discretion.
